Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from XAG Solutions in Oregon. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the item, destination, and selected shipping method.

Most products are individual pre-owned items, so packaging and shipment size may vary by product. Orders are packed to protect the equipment during transit.

Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

Local pickup is available for all orders and may be selected during checkout instead of shipping.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact XAG Solutions as soon as possible at xagshop@xagsolutions.com so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.
