Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or local pickup.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and include any accessories, components, or other items that were included with the sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by XAG Solutions or an item arrives damaged.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by XAG Solutions.
