90-Day Warranty
XAG Solutions provides a 90-day warranty on used hardware sold through the XAG Shop.
The warranty covers hardware failure that occurs under normal use during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, abuse, misuse, loss, theft, or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
If a covered hardware failure occurs during the warranty period, contact XAG Solutions at xagshop@xagsolutions.com so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
Because many products sold through the XAG Shop are individual pre-owned items, an identical replacement may not always be available.
Any AppleCare, manufacturer warranty, or other third-party coverage listed with a product is separate from the XAG Solutions warranty and remains subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of that coverage.
